A special thank you to Tanja, Nour, and Isabella for coordinating everything so efficiently and making what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and supported. Isabella was especially amazing. She was such a great support to me personally while my husband was undergoing treatment. Her kindness, reassurance, and responsiveness meant more than I can express. Nour and Isabella also arranged a wheelchair for my husband at very short notice, which made it possible for us to get around safely and comfortably — we are incredibly grateful for that. The drivers were also excellent, ensuring we got to and from the airport and hospital smoothly and without any added stress. It was a pleasure to meet Professor Vogl, who treated my husband with care and professionalism. We felt he was in very good hands. We are truly grateful for the service and support we received and would not hesitate to recommend Booking Health to others seeking treatment abroad. Thank you again for everything.

I reached out to booking health in November, in the hope they could help my Mum with a treatment plan. Tanja my case manager has been great from the very start. She was so good at explaining the process and was always on hand to answer any questions I had via WhatsApp. My travel manager Nour has also been such a great help with organising the logistics part of the programme. Both Tanja and Nour have been so helpful and friendly. They reply fast to messages and have genuinely made this whole process so much easier. We arrived in Munich 2 days ago and have received first class care from the drivers and the staff at the clinic. I can’t comment on the success of the treatment as of yet, my mum is due her vaccination next week. However, I am so grateful for everyone’s help at Booking Health, during a stressful time for me and my family.

We travelled to Germany for dendritic cell therapy with Professor Gansauge, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Starting with our initial consult with Booking Health through Denis, right through to travel and accommodation arrangements with Nour, and onsite assistance with Adis. We never felt alone while in Germany, which is the most important piece of all. Adis was always there to answer our calls and questions with patience and always ready to help even if it meant talking to the airport accessibility assistance staff! I took my mother for brain tumor treatment with dendritic cells because they couldn’t offer her any more hopes in Spain ! The attention and care since the first moment they pick you up in the airport is wonderful! They take care of every single detail of your stay in Germany so you can have time to what really matters! We are still waiting to see the result of the treatment because we need to wait some time to repeat the MRI, but i can tell without it , just by watching my mother, that she is at least stable! Which is not frequent in her situation !I Have a strong believe in this treatment and the Dr that did it and waiting on fire to see the results in the new MRI!
